And she’s surrounded by hot guys in tank tops.
Dua Lipa’s new song, “Illusion,” and its accompanying music video drops today — and ahead of that big reveal, the superstar singer teased the track and visuals with a post on Instagram. In the carousel, she can be seen from behind wearing a strong-shouldered black thong-style leotard over sheer black stockings and accessorized with big, bold Tiffany bone cuffs. And while that seems like normal pop girl fare in a post-Sasha Fierce world, the fact that Lipa’s on what appears to be a naval ship and surrounded by hot guys in ribbed tanks adds a little bit of mystery as to exactly what vibe she’s going for this time around.
"Illusion" is Lipa's third single off her upcoming album, Radical Optimism, following “Houdini” and “Training Season." The full album drops on May 3, but she's already had both her new songs chart on Billboard's Hot 100.
"TONIGHT 💧 ILLUSION," she captioned one post, which showed a few behind-the-scenes looks at the new video, including the all-black 'fit and her cadre of backup dancers.

Yesterday, she posted a clip that showed moments from the upcoming video. "TOMORROW 11PM BST ~ ILLUSION ~ SET YOUR TIMERS 💧," she wrote. The short preview showed her in a swimming pool wearing a sheer red outfit and another sheer outfit: a lacy lingerie-inspired mini with similar stockings. Of course, her new(ish) cherry-cola red hair was present and accounted for, keeping in line with her Radical Optimism dye job.

Radical Optimism comes after her hit record Future Nostalgia and Lipa says that she's understandably "optimistic" about the new release.
“[Releasing the album] feels good. It feels for lack of a better word — radically optimistic,” Lipa told Billboard of her new songs before opening up about her new album cover, which features her swimming alongside a shark fin. “Throughout the whole record, there’s this idea of chaos happening around and me trying to push through it in a way that feels authentic and honest to me.”
