While the weather may be noncommittal, New Yorkers have decided that spring has sprung—Jennifer Lawrence chief among them.
While the actor isn’t embracing shorts and and tank tops just yet, her Easter Sunday outfit mastered the awkward period in between the dregs of winter and the start of spring.
Lawrence, who spent the day out with her family, paired an oversized navy blue hoodie with a pastoral white maxi skirt. Keeping with the sporty theme, she added a pair of gray Adidas Sambas and stashed a New York Yankees baseball cap in the bottom of her son Cy’s stroller, alongside a camel coat (because what is a stroller if not an extension of your purse?). Lawrence finished off her look with a pair of funky black rectangular sunglasses with yellow lenses. A longtime baseball hat aficionado, Lawrence has used her headwear to broadcast a range of interests, from her film taste to her sports team of choice.
With her long white skirt, not only is Jennifer Lawrence bridging the gap between masculine and feminine, but between winter and spring. Not to mention, it’s the perfect Easter in the City look. We’re excited to see what her spring style has in store.
