They slayed the City of Love.
It takes three for a true Olsen sister reunion. On Thursday, Feb. 29, twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen met up for a rare girls' night out in Paris with their younger sister Elizabeth—and their fashion week outing was all about Y2K prep.
Mary-Kate and Ashley, who were in town to show the Fall/Winter ‘24/25 collection of their fashion brand, The Row, at Paris Fashion Week, wore ‘fits that looked straight out of Gossip Girl as they headed to dinner with friends at Caviar Caspia. Ashley paired her long black trench coat with beachy waves and a Blair Waldorf-esque black velvet hat featuring a small rhinestone embellishment. Mary-Kate also went for black velvet, choosing a long black velvet coat for her dinner 'fit. The designer brought a pop of color to her look with a cream scarf decorated with bright floral designs, and she accessorized with a messy bun and a boxy black handbag.
It looked like Elizabeth also got the noughties memo, pairing a chunky brown sweater and blue dress pants with a charcoal corduroy blazer, a colorful striped scarf, and chunky black loafers with silver hardware. The Avengers actress kept her beauty simple, opting for natural balayage waves and minimal makeup.
Elizabeth also attended her older sisters’ The Row show at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday, Feb. 28, where the Fuller House child stars requested that all guests leave any cameras and phones at the door. Instead, the Olsen twins gave attendees notebooks and pencils to take notes and document any thoughts they had on the collection. The reactions were positive overall, although some guests expressed frustration that they couldn’t share photos of the collection’s “very good” designs with fans.
The Olsen twins are notoriously private, but their latest outing hints that fans might be seeing more of the three sisters out on the town. The trio’s GNO came just three weeks after the sisters were seen hanging out in New York in early February – the first time that all three of the Olsens had been photographed together since October 2016 – and they’re continuing to serve up Y2K style inspiration.
